We have been reading Roald Dahl’s Boy:  My Story of Childhood. One of the first stories that he remembers writing was “The Day in the Life of a Penny.”  He wrote the story in grade 4 and still has it. The 3/4’s are writing their own version of the story.

“A Day in the Life of a…”  The students are writing stories about an inanimate object of their choice, for example, the day in the life of their pencil. Rough Copies are due Thursday.
