I have to apologize, I forgot to hand out the Home Reading Books for Mrs. Brooks. She said the students can have a break from them this week. Students can just spend some time reading something of their choice and record it in their planners. 

Amazing! We already have a letter back from a famous Canadian. That’s a record! Julie Morstad, author & illustrator, wrote a beautiful letter, with illustrations, to Ophelia.

The grade 7’s are hosting another Bake Sale Thursday, Nov. 17. It will be open at recess & lunch. Everything is $1.00!

The coffee orders are in. Many students have a very heavy box to bring home, so picking students up after school might be a good idea.

There is also no school Monday due to the District Inservice Day. Staff will be meeting at NISS to discuss the new curriculum.

This is just a reminder that the weekly Spelling Test will be Thursday this week, due to the fact that Friday is Remembrance Day and there is no school.
