Festive Events over the last week of school

Pajama DayStudent Council is sponsoring another Spirit Day Wednesday! Students can wear their PJ’s to school. They can also bring one stuffy to have at their desk.

Games Afternoon – The students will be placed in multi-aged groups and spend Wednesday afternoon learning various family games in the gym. Each group will be lead by Grade 7 students. This will give the students a chance to learn some good old-fashioned board and card games the family can play.

Christmas Carol Sing-a-Long! – Thursday evening 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm! Due to all the changes will the Sunset Music Teacher position this year, the staff have decided to try a family Sing-a-long. The evening will include a Carol Sing-A-Long, a little Christmas Magic, a special visitor will be coming and lots of goodies! It should be a fun event to send the students into the Holiday Break.

“Possible Movie Afternoon”There is the possibility that the Student Council may host a movie afternoon Friday from 1:00 – 3:00 pm.

I also need a Mount Cain form completed and signed by any adults wishing to chaperone and ski.

I will also be sending an information letter home early next week with all the details that were covered at the Parent Info Meeting last night.
