Please return your permission forms Friday. I noticed that there was a typo in the form, as there are two spots for signatures, one is fine – sorry for the confusion.
I have purchased hot dogs and the ingredients for S’Mores. Students are expected to bring a recess snack and drinks. There is a water tap there and students can refill water bottles if they need.
Parent chaperones should also bring a lawn chair, as we will be there for about 4 hours.
Looks like great weather and lots of sand! Should be a great day!

That’s awesome! My wife is working at Fort Rupert School in the morning and was going to bring my car over with supplies too. I have all the stuff for hot dogs and s’mores and a couple roasting sticks, maybe a couple extra roasting sticks if you have them.
I have also booked the pavilion and have the keys for the bathrooms there. It was beautiful there today, hopes it as nice tomorrow – it’s supposed to be.
