The class was working right up to the bell and we forgot to do planners. There was not really anything to write in them today anyway. Almost all students completed the adding decimals worksheet in class and the writing/socials assignment was to finish the rough draft, start typing the good copy and locating the mailing address of a school somewhere in Canada for the Great Canadian Mail Race. Students drew names and we have letters heading to every province and territory in Canada!  Hopefully we get a few responses before the end of the year. We will be marking the responses on a map of Canada posted in the classroom.
